Terms and Conditions for June Subscriber Exclusive: 10% off all NEOZ Cordless Lamps 

  

1. This promotion is valid from 5th of June 2024 until 11:59 PM AEST on 30th of June 2024.  

  

2. This offer is exclusively available through NEOZ Australia and is valid for all customers who purchase cordless lamps from our our website neoz.com.au using the code LAMP10 or through the Australian NEOZ Sales team. 

  

3. Customers ordering online will receive a 10% discount on just the purchase price of all cordless lamps. This discount is applied at checkout using code LAMP10. 

  

4. The following are excluded from this promotion

- Lamps that are already on sale or marked down.

- Purchases made before the promotion start date or after the promotion end date.

- Any spart parts, accessories and chargers.

   

5. The discount cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional offer. 

 

6. This offer is only valid if an order is placed and paid before 11:59 PM AEST on 30th of June 2024.   

  

7. If a product purchased under this promotion is returned, the refund will be the purchase price paid by the customer, subject to our standard refund policy. 

  

8. We reserve the right to refuse, modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice and without limitation. 

  

9. In the case of any errors, whether in pricing, descriptions, or other terms, we reserve the right to correct such errors and, if necessary, to cancel or adjust orders. 

  

10. Promotion is subject to stock availability. We are not obligated to offer the discount on items that are out of stock during the promotion period. 

  

11. This offer is valid only for individual customers, wholesale clients and resellers are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 

  

12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
