Neoz Lighting was founded in 1983 by directors Anne Gothe and Peter Ellis. Our factory and design studio are based in Sydney, Australia.
A formally qualified industrial designer, Peter’s our MD and lead designer. Before founding NEOZ in 1983, he was a lighting designer at Planet Lighting and Pierlite Electrical, a furniture designer for the NSW Dept. of Education, and a freelance industrial designer. He’s a keen surfer and appreciates beauty in all things, from nature to buildings to food.
Anne is an artist and photographer. She co-founded NEOZ with Peter in 1983.
After more than 25 years in the airline, hospitality and freight forwarding industry, David brings a wealth of experience to the team. He has a hands-on understanding of the everyday demands of our restaurant and hotel clients, and the product knowledge to recommend lighting solutions to effectively meet those demands.

After joining NEOZ fresh out of university, back in 2005, Gabriel became a key part of the team that created the V4. With experience in some of the top design consultancies in London, as well China’s manufacturing heart, Gabriel is responsible for every aspect of the design manufacturing process. He’s also our friendly liaison with clients and suppliers.
We get hundreds of orders every month. Michelle makes sure they’re processed and shipped, accurately and efficiently. So they get to you fast, no matter where you. She has an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, and before joining NEOZ in 2006, she worked in shipping and dispatch in Hong Kong, and environmental engineering in China.
Tom has over 15 years of experiences in general accounting and office administration in the field of wholesale distribution and fashion production. Tom is responsible for all our client's shipping requirement.
One of the longest-serving members of the NEOZ family. She makes sure everything runs smoothly - from ordering components to managing the most important financial aspects of the business. She’s an indispensable part of our organisation.
