As mishap can happen in the hospitality working environment, every component in the entire Neoz Cordless Lamp range has been designed to be serviceable and replaceable for the life of the product. In fact, we're still servicing lamps from nearly 20 years ago!

In most cases, these components can be disassembled and replaced by the end-users in mere minutes, a very important consideration when you're trying to minimize any operational downtime of your lamps.

Alternatively, your lamps can be returned to us and our production team will undergo testing and overhaul the product as required to further extend the service life of your lamps.
