    Why does my lamp flicker when I turn it on?

     

    Your lamp is set to candle mode.

     

    Press and hold the on/off button at the bottom of the lap for 10 seconds. Then release.

    Please refer to "Operating Mode" in your User Guide.


     
     
    Why won't my lamp turn on? The light bulb is blown.

    The battery needs recharging or is disconnected from the unit.

    The battery has failed or reached the end of its service life.
    Replace with a NEOZ approved light bulb. Please refer to your User Guide.

    Check connection and recharge.

    Contact Neoz for a new battery. Please refer to Battery Replacement (page 19 - 22) of the User Guide.

     
     
    My battery is fully charged but nothing happens when I try to turn my lamp on.
    The light bulb is blown. Replace with a NEOZ approved light bulb. Please refer to your User Guide.
     
     
    My lamp is only lasting x hours. The battery is without charge.

    The battery has failed or reached the end of its service life.
    Charge lamp fully.

    Contact Neoz for a new battery. Please refer to Battery Replacement (page 19 - 22) of the User Guide.
     
     
    My lamp turns on for 1 second and then turns off again.
    Incorrect bulb installed.

    The battery is without charge.

    The battery has failed or reached the end of its service life.
    Contact Neoz for a replacement bulb.

    Charge lamp fully.

    Contact Neoz for a new battery. Please refer to Battery Replacement (page 19 - 22) of the User Guide.
     
     
    The Battery Charge Level indicator is inactive when I try to turn my lamp on.  The battery is disconnected from the unit  


    The battery has reach the end of its service life 
    Remove battery cover and reconnect the battery connector. Please refer to your User Guide.

    Replace the battery. Please contact NEOZ or your Cordless Lamp supplier. 
     
     
    The base station is indicating green, but my lamp is not charging or working.  The battery is disconnected from the unit Remove battery cover and reconnect the battery connector.
    Please refer to your User Guide.
     
     
    The base station is inactive
    (No LED indication)
    The base station is not connected properly Check the power supply unit is connected properly.
     
     
    My Lamp doesn't turn on or off when operated from the base station. (Home user only.)  The contact between the lamp and the base station is obstructed or unclean.
    Use a clean cloth, and gently wipe it clean.
