What do I get with my NEOZ lamp?

Each V4 Cordless Lamp ordered for home use will be delivered with a fully charged high capacity Li-ion battery pack (options of 2600mAh ECO pack or the 5200mAh Pro pack), a charging base station with electronic power supply and a user guide.

Commercial users choose from a variety of charging options available.

What's the difference between a charging trolley, a tray and a bar?

A trolley provides a convenient mobile storage solution for up to 48 V4 cordless lamps to be charged at once. Standard trollies carry 24 or 48 lamps. However, if a trolley is inappropriate (for instance, if it's too large) we recommend the use of a bar (for up to five lamps) or a tray (for up to 12 lamps), which have smaller footprints.

What size trolley do I need?

This would depend on the Cordless Lamp type. However, as a general guide:

Small Trolley: up to 24 lamps

Large Trolley: up to 48 lamps

Greater numbers of lamps per trolley can be gained with certain model lamps: Owl Series, Ice Square 85, Ice Round 85. Please contact Sales for more details.

How much do they cost?

From one (1) to nine (9) units attract retail pricing. Ten (10) and more units attract trade pricing.

Usage

Can the lamp be used in my country?

Yes, it can. The NEOZ charging system is designed to be used around the world. It accepts mains input from 100V–240V. We supply you with the correct charger/power supply for your country.

Can the Lamp be used outdoors?

Yes. It is designed to be used both indoors and outdoors. However, never place the lamp on an unstable surface or immerse the lamp in water. Please see the NEOZ Cordless Lamp User Guide for more details on conditions of use.

When do I have to change the battery and can I replace it?

The battery pack is good on average for up to 1000 full recharge/discharge cycles, or say, three years if used nearly every night. The battery can be easily replaced. For any service assistance please contact us or your nearest Neoz distributor.

How long does the light last after it is fully charged?

Each NEOZ Cordless Lamp is powered by a high capacity Sanyo Li-ion rechargeable battery pack, which will provide up to 33 hours (halogen globe) or up to 260 hours (LED globe) when fully charged.

How long does it take to recharge a lamp?

It will generally take 4.5 hours for the ECO battery pack and 8.5 hours for the PRO battery pack. Recharging is influenced by temperature and humidity. A hot ambient temperature will increase charging time.

What is the life expectancy of the globe?

The halogen bulb should last on average 4000+ hours. That is around two years if used on highest intensity 6 hours per day.

What light source is used in the V4 Cordless Lamp?

For most V4 Cordless Lamp models, you now have a choice of halogen or LED. Our German-made Osram 5W halogen light bulbs give the most flattering man made light source because it provides the best colour rendering for food and skin tones. Alternatively, our custom-designed LED globes save on electricity and last much longer (a service advantage in difficult to reach places).

Upon request, selected lamps in our range can be programmed to support a 10W halogen light source for increased light output. However, operating time wil be reduced by approximately 50%.

Is my NEOZ cordless Lamp energy efficient?

Yes! Our halogen bulbs come standard at only 5 watts, and dimmable to even lower power use. Our LED bulbs use even less power at 1.1W.

All NEOZ Cordless products are covered by a 36 month warranty.
