Neoz Lighting (a division of Neoz Pty Ltd ) was formed in 1983 by directors Anne Gothe and Peter Ellis. The company factory and design studio are based in Sydney, Australia. After 25 years located in the inner-city suburb of Rozelle, Neoz re-located to leafy Terrey Hills in November 2010.

Neoz is a design-based manufacturer, winner of the prestigious Red Dot Design award and three Australian Design Awards for product innovation.
